TH Accommodation Group was founded by two young friends with a shared ambition to build a successful, long-term business within the property industry.
What started with an interest in property and entrepreneurship has developed into a growing property business focused on serviced accommodation, property opportunities and building strong relationships with the people we work with.
We are still at the beginning of our journey, but we believe that being early in our journey is an advantage. It gives us the opportunity to learn, adapt and build the right foundations from the start.
Where We’re From
We started with a simple goal: to build something of our own.
Coming from a young generation of entrepreneurs, we saw an opportunity to combine our interest in property with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Rather than waiting for the “perfect” time to start, we decided to take action, develop our knowledge and begin building a business from the ground up.
Our journey so far has involved learning the serviced accommodation model, analysing property opportunities, developing our systems and building relationships with landlords, investors and industry professionals.
Every property, opportunity and relationship is another step towards the larger vision we have for TH Accommodation Group.
What We Do
Our business is centred around property.
We currently focus on identifying and sourcing potential Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation opportunities for investors, while building our own serviced accommodation portfolio.
As we grow, we are developing additional services including serviced accommodation management and co-hosting, allowing us to support property owners and investors across different stages of their property journey.
Our aim is not simply to grow quickly, but to build a business based on quality, professionalism and long-term relationships.
